BASIC SERVICE CALL

Once the technician arrives at your house, you will be asked a few questions regarding your broken HVAC equipment. They will also discuss with you what needs to be done to repair the air conditioner as well as how the service will improve the efficiency, comfort, and safety of your house. Our basic service call includes approximately one hour of labor.

BIANNUAL MAINTENANCE CHECKS

Our most cost efficient service is a biannual maintenance check. You will receive one service check in the Spring, and one service check in the fall. This helps insure that your system is running properly year round and will also help maintain cost efficiency and will provide you additional discounts in between service checks. $180.00 plus Tax for one system and $80.00 each per additional system.
